Responsibilities include water loss and water intrusion investigation, weatherization, roofing systems, exterior veneer and wall systems consulting, as well as forensic and litigation support for pre-construction, course of construction, and post-construction.
Mr. Yantzer brings over 38 years of architectural and construction expertise to aquaForensics. His project experience includes single- and multi-family residential, commercial up to $140M projects, single-story to twenty-four story structures. He has also managed major construction projects for various governmental entities.
