Responsibilities include water loss and water intrusion investigation, weatherization, roofing systems, exterior veneer and wall systems consulting, as well as forensic and litigation support for pre-construction, course of construction, and post-construction.
Mr. Rohrbaugh brings over 10 years of diversified construction-related experience to aquaForensics. His knowledge of construction, traditional architectural practice, and forensic architecture is a vital asset to the success of aquaForensics. Mr. Rohrbaugh's previous architectural experiences relate to commercial office, historic restoration, theater, restaurant, tenant improvements, high density residential, and single-family residential projects. His understanding of building assemblies includes roofs and waterproofing, fenestration systems, building envelope, fire-resistive assemblies, and interior finishes.
