Mr. Holl brings consulting and litigation experience to aquaForensics which focuses on the design, technical, and construction side of architecture; third-party construction document review and analysis, low-rise, medium-rise, and high-rise commercial, healthcare, destination resorts, and residential projects, private sector and government projects, and sub-tropical and desert architecture and construction.
