Responsibilities include water loss and water intrusion investigation, weatherization, roofing systems, exterior veneer and wall systems consulting, as well as forensic and litigation support for pre-construction, course of construction, and post-construction.
Mr. Domeier brings architectural expertise to aquaForensics, especially in the areas of integration of commercial systems as applied to residential projects. His experience with the evaluation of system integration in high-rise residential construction is a niche skill. Systems integration knowledge includes curtain wall, window wall, pre-cast cladding, post-tension concrete, deck assemblies, acoustics, and interior finishes.
