Responsibilities include water loss and water intrusion investigation, weatherization, roofing systems, exterior veneer and wall systems consulting, as well as forensic and litigation support for pre-construction, course of construction, and post-construction.
Mr. Cassens brings extensive diversified expertise to aquaForensics ranging from oversight of Operations staff in his capacity as Director of Field Services to supervising hundreds of building inspectors and support staff across the country. He has also provided QA/QC inspections on over 1000 projects in 27 states. Mr. Cassens has extensive experience with building envelope issues, below-grade waterproofing, podium decks, and fire and sound rated assemblies. He has worked on projects spanning land development, semi-custom and custom single-family, multifamily, mid-rise, high-rise, and light commercial.
