Ms. Ashcraft's responsibilities include client relations, oversight and workflow monitoring of project and case management, and staff supervision. Her project management responsibilities include assigning case tasks to staff, monitoring the progress and quality of work, receiving and resolving client matters, and attending client meetings for case support and business development purposes.Ms. Ashcraft is also responsible for developing and implementing on-going project management training for technical staff and project managers, as well as preparing and reviewing information for annual educational seminars and meetings.
